IT WON'T WORK!
A few years back at a remote viewing conference, one of the speakers took leave of his senses and gave a barn-burner of a speech during which he proclaimed that "psychic terrorists" (now who could he have been thinking of?) should be imprisoned in a magnetic bubble, as if this would somehow prevent them from working their mischief upon the world. Clearly the poor man had not only lost his mind but acquired a temporary death wish. And the audience was shocked, seriously shocked, until a simple fact dawned upon some of them. The idea was ridiculous on its face. It simply could never be done.
Now, why do I say that. There are three fundamental reasons why the concept would be doomed to failure from the beginning, if anyone were so foolish as to even try it..
First, there is the strong possibility that it would not work. The idea came about after an experiment that was done with Ingo Swann, where he was placed in a coded magnetic field and was unable to remote view. That experiment had a couple of serious flaws. We are not told if Swann was told of the nature of the experiment. If he was, that could have created a negative placebo effect that would have stopped his ability. Second, there was no mention of it being repeated on anyone else. What would be the control group? And we must not discount the matter of belief. If a person operates under the basic assumption that RV and remote influence are essentially an electromagnetic phenomenon, and it is easy to see why they would think that, then the belief that it can be electromagnetically jammed would be sufficient to stop them. Someone coming from different operating system might not be so handicapped.
Second, even if it were possible, there is the matter of rounding everyone up and holding them. And the problem of third party interference because even if such a bubble could be created, an outside party that was not in it could easily attack the computer creating the bubble and destroy it, removing the impediment and in the process turning loose some now very angry influencers. Chernobyl anyone?
And finally, there is the little matter of preemptive action. This is not something that could be kept secret very long, especially from psychic spies on the lookout for precisely such a development. How long do the people who would try to create such a thing think they would be able to continue to do it because the moment it got out they would be fair game being targeted themselves from all over the world.
The idea of controlling remote influencers is madness, dangerous madness and a certain way to follow in the footsteps of Emperor Vitellius.
